Our Mind.Full.Moon Meditation evenings are all emcompassing - Covering Mindfullness and Meditation with a restorative slow practise throughout. You will spend the evening feeling completely zen whilst taking on some of the key attributes of a Full Moon ceremony - Letting Go & Intention Setting.
Traditionally, a full moon practise is there to let go of the things in your life that no longer serve you. To rid yourself of these toxic items that you no longer need in your life and in doing so, allowing space for newness and growth. A space where you can set your new Sankalpa (Intention / Mantra).
The idea around the Full Moon is that it is a time of moving inward and working with the Moons energy, slowing down your practise (or stopping) and giving yourself time to reflect. A time to celebrate your successes, surrender to sadness and let go of what is no longer needed in your life.
