Debbie has been working in the Health & Wellbeing Industry for 16 Years. In 2011 she opened up her own private fitness and Yoga studio to help bridge the gap between community and corporate health & fitness facilities, giving people the option to exercise or practise in a more personal and results focused environment.
Debbie has always had a love for practicing Yoga and started her teaching journey from 2010, then later opting for more traditional Yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga. She completed her teacher training in the birthplace of Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
Carla has been practising Yoga for 10 years. She teaches vinyassa flow which is a powerful cardiovascular workout as well as restorative, meditation and yoga nidra. She likes to ensure the emphasis is on the client and their working abilities. She also runs the Yoga Retreats, does all of the cooking from scratch and takes extra pleasure in working with our clients on nutrition and wellness.
