10:00-11:00 - Run technique session on location

11:30-12:30 - Yoga session for Triathletes back at Deighton Lodge

12:30-13:30 - NUTRICIOUS PLANT BASED LUNCH

13:30-14:30 - Workshop on Bike and Run technique

15:00-17:00 - Bike and Transition session on closed road circuit

17:30-18:00 - Debreif back at Deighton Lodge

18:00-18:30 - Yoga session

19:00-20:30 - NUTRICIOUS PLANT BASED DINNER


Day 2

07:00-07:40 - Optional Pre-Breakfast Run
08:00-09:00 - NUTRICIOUS BREAKFAST
09:30-10:30 - Swim session on location
11:00-12:00 - Yoga for Triathletes
12:00-13:00 - NUTRICIOUS PLANT BASED LUNCH
13:00-14:30 - Review of each persons swim video analysis
15:00-16:00 - Swim session on location to correct identified issues from Swim video
16:00-16:30 - Debreif and Depart

Fitness

  • Swimming pool session to work on technique
  • ‚ÄčOpen Water exercise to gain confidence and experience 
  • Cycling in numerous locations with some routes including the ‘Tour de Yorkshire’ cycle route. Mini bus transport provided to all locations.
  • Running the ‘Solar System’ route from Selby to York which covers 12km of disused rail track
