For all levels of entry; join one of our 2 or 3 day retreats in the idyllic setting of Deighton Lodge and remove yourself from all complications to concentrate 100% on Triathlons. With a stunning Limestone lake just on our doorstep and many beautiful country walks and scenic routes in the beautiful North Yorkshire surroundings, come and work on your technique with a group of like-minded individuals with very similar desires. All classes, nutrition and excersions are fully planned in our Triathlon training plan covering all 3 disciplines with additional advice and support on the 4th discipline; NUTRITION - all you need to do is turn up!
Our triathlon training accommodation is located just 4 miles away from York centre, making it extremly accessible. With guidance on your Triathlon Training Plan, tips for competing in the Ironman, Ironman 70.3 and other triathlon distances, our retreats are fully designed to equip you with what you need to reach your next goal. Yoga, meditation and other additional components are also included to give you an all round experience ensuring this is a retreat like no other. Further assistance with experiences coming from British Triathlon, Olympic Trainers and World Champion trainers, we will exceed all expectations. You'll be competing in your next Ironman in no time and facing your previous fears with courage.
Am I suitable?
- A complete novice will gain the confidence that they can take part in a triathlon without feeling intimidated and out of their comfort zone and instead can concentrate on performance and finishing.
- Guidance on Triathlon training plans, competing for Ironman, Ironman 70.3 and other triathlon distances
- An intermediate competitor will relish the chance to pick up top tips, practise new drills, learn new skills and utilise the weekend to train hard and improve fitness.
- Enjoy sharing in other guests experiences and learn from each other in stunning accommodation
- A seasoned triathlete will relish the opportunity to train and focus for a full week and pick up some extra tips.
