Debbie has been working in the Health & Wellbeing Industry for 16 Years. In 2011 she opened up her own private fitness and Yoga studio to help bridge the gap between community and corporate health & fitness facilities, giving people the option to exercise or practise in a more personal and results focused environment.
Debbie has always had a love for practicing Yoga and started her teaching journey from 2010, then later opting for more traditional Yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga. She completed her teacher training in the birthplace of Yoga in Rishikesh, India. With a vast knowledge & experience of Fitness Coaching, Nutrition and Yoga, Debbie will help you kickstart your fitness, yoga & nutritional habits restoring balance back into your life.
Jacqueline has been practising Yoga for 27 years now and teaching for 6. She teaches Vinyassa flow which is a powerful cardiovascular workout as well as pregnancy and restorative. She likes to ensure the emphasis is on the client and their working abilities. She also teaches yogic running which is great for anyone who wants to try running as well as those who have suffered injuries or who want to improve their PB. The technique behind it is simple but so powerful in helping people find the joy in their running!
Jacqueline is also a massage therapist specialising in sports/ deep tissue and pregnancy massage and has a keen interest in all aspects of Health and Wellbeing. Her goal is to ensure our clients return home feeling fully restored and relaxed.
